Do I need to count my items?
No. Use quick booking; we inspect and count the items at intake.
Can I drop off at the branch?
Yes. Choose branch drop-off and collection in the form. No home-collection slot is required.
When will my order be collected?
Choose 8 am–12 pm, 12–4 pm, 4–8 pm or 8 pm–midnight. The team confirms availability before dispatch.
PRICING & DELIVERY
Is the initial price final?
The initial price is an estimate. We agree the final price with you after inspecting and counting the items.
Do you serve all of Jeddah?
Yes. Collection and return fees depend on driving distance from Al Rawdah and are confirmed before dispatch.
When is delivery free?
For orders above SAR 100 within 12 km. The fee is SAR 10 for more than 12–22 km and SAR 20 for more than 22–35 km. Distances above 35 km are quoted manually.
When do I pay?
Pay on collection or delivery after inspection and agreement of the final price. Online payment is not currently requested on this website.
