Last updated: 3 September 2026

Spanish Laundries respects customer privacy and collects only the data reasonably required to provide and manage its services, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable regulations.

Data We Collect

• Name when provided, and the chosen contact method: mobile number or email address.

• Pickup address or location link, district and preferred pickup window.

• Order, item and service details, notes, correspondence and complaints.

• Account, order and invoice records required for fulfilment, customer support and legal obligations.

• Basic technical data and cookies required to operate and protect the website. Additional analytics or marketing technologies are not used unless enabled and disclosed.

Why We Use It

We use data to create an order or review request, verify coverage, coordinate pickup and delivery, inspect and price items, communicate order status, provide support, issue approved statutory documents, prevent misuse and improve service quality.

Sharing and Processing

Access is limited to authorised employees and service providers needed for operations, such as Odoo hosting or a delivery provider where required, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law. Customer data is not sold and is not used for marketing messages without an appropriate basis and consent.

Retention and Security

Spanish Laundries retains data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, support customers, meet accounting and legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data is then deleted or anonymised when the purpose ends and there is no further lawful basis for retention. Appropriate safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Customer Rights and Contact

Customers may request access to, correction or deletion of their data, or withdraw consent where applicable, subject to records that must be retained by law. Requests can be sent to Customer Service on 0508033224. Proof of identity may be requested before processing a data request.

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The latest update date will be shown on this page.
